If, through the design review process, including a traffic analysis, it can be demonstrated that a drive-through does not cause traffic congestion, does not cause the Taco John's PUD to exceed its trip caps, does not interfere with pedestrian movements and can be designed to minimize their presence, a maximum of one drive-up may be permitted within the Taco John's PUD. Said drive-through shall have a minimum stacking capacity of eight (8) vehicles and shall not be permitted to interfere with traffic on any public street. Walk-up or pedestrian ATMs with no vehicle access shall be permitted as desired. The presence of drive-ups shall be minimized through the incorporation of the drive-through into the building architecture rather than as an added on canopy component and the opaque visual screening through the use of earth berming and vegetation placement.
