Vehicular access from Westown Parkway shall be limited to the one existing drive; vehicular access from 42nd Street shall be limited to the one existing drive. An access drive between the property within this PUD and the property to the west is required. To that end, provision will be made at the time of platting or with the first development permit to establish an easement area and construct an access to the west property line for future connection.
