Private ingress/egress easements to allow for future access connection drives between parcel B and the adjoining east property shall be executed by the developer of parcel B at the time of recordation of a final plat which establishes parcel B as one or more buildable lots. If a connection drive between Broadmoor and the parcel to the east is identified to be necessary for traffic movement, said connection drives shall be constructed at the time of development of parcel B by the developer of parcel B or sooner by the developer of the adjacent properties should those properties develop first and require said connection drives.
