On file with the Community Development Department of the City and made a part of this rezoning approval for concept description and delineation is the sketch plan document for the Westbrooke Planned Unit Development. It is recognized that minor shifts or realignments of parking lots, internal roadways and building sites may be necessary and compatible with the need to acquire a workable traffic pattern, grades and usable building sites, but the general plan layout, including the relationship of uses to each other and the relationship of building types and sizes of the general plan framework, traffic layout, and development requirements shall be used as the implementation guide.
