The foregoing rate shall apply if the sewage meets the standard domestic and commercial sewage as follows:
Suspended solids: Not to exceed four hundred (400) ppm.
Biochemical oxygen demand: Not to exceed four hundred (400) ppm.
If sewage is contributed which does not meet the above standards, there will be a surcharge where suspended solids and BOD are in excess of four hundred (400) ppm. The surcharge shall be computed at the rate of ten and one-half cents ($0.105) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of such sewage contributed. (Ord. 965, 8-19-1991; amd. Ord. 1613, 11-8-2004)
