No person shall park a vehicle upon any public street or right of way or upon school district or municipally owned property for any of the following principal purposes:
A. Sale: Displaying such vehicle for sale.
B. Repairing: For washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except such repairs as are necessitated by an emergency.
C. Advertising: Displaying advertising.
D. Merchandise Sales: Selling merchandise from such vehicle except in a duly established marketplace and in accordance with applicable provisions of this code and other applicable city regulations or policies as approved by the city council.
E. Storage: Storage or as junkage or dead storage for more than forty eight (48) hours 1 . (Ord. 1359, 5-3-1999)
