(A) Conversion of dwelling into office or retail facility as regulated in § 154.482.
(B) Drive-through retail as regulated in § 154.484.
(C) Residential uses such as:
(1) Single-family dwellings.
(2) Other dwelling units, provided they are located on an upper floor and are not located on the ground floor.
(D) Funeral home as regulated in § 154.474.
(E) Parking garages as regulated in § 154.486.
(F) Structures in excess of 35 feet in height.
(G) Vehicle sales as regulated in § 154.486.
(H) Other uses the Village Planning Commission considers similar to the permitted principal uses indicated in § 154.346. However, the Village Planning Commission may also consider essentially custom manufacturing activities, which in its opinion, shall have the following characteristics.
(1) Such uses benefit from a central location and are appropriate in the B-3 Central Business District.
(2) Such uses do not create any significant objectionable influences.
(3) Such uses involve products characterized by a high ratio of value to bulk, so that truck traffic is kept to a minimum.
