§ 154.095 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIRED.
As applicable to any use specifically listed as a conditional use within a zoning district, no person shall change any use of land, locate, erect, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or structurally alter any building or structure within the Village of West Alexandria, Ohio without first having a conditional use permit granted by the Village Planning Commission. It is the intent of the conditional use process to allow appropriate uses, which have been so identified by these zoning regulations, to exist in the village in locations where they can be compatible with their surroundings. Conditional uses are so designated because, while they may be appropriate, their intensity of use is generally greater than other uses in the district and additional requirements are necessary to ensure compatibility.
