§ 154.346 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.
   The following principal uses are permitted in the B-3 Central Business District.
   (A)   Auto parts and accessories retail.
   (B)   Auto service stations as regulated in § 154.485.
   (C)   Banks, loan offices, stock exchange offices and other financial institutions.
   (D)   Bars.
   (E)   Business retail.
   (F)   Churches as regulated in § 154.474.
   (G)   Commercial recreation facilities.
   (H)   Community service uses.
   (I)   Consumer retail.
   (J)   Day care centers as regulated in § 154.472.
   (K)   Department stores.
   (L)   Drug stores.
   (M)   Food stores, including supermarkets and all types of specialty food stores such as bakeries, candy stores and similar uses.
   (N)   Fraternal organizations.
   (O)   Furniture and appliances, including rugs, floor coverings, draperies, sewing machine shops, used furniture, office equipment, supplies and similar uses.
   (P)   General retail such as variety stores.
   (Q)   Gift shops, camera shops, music shops, video shops and similar uses.
   (R)   Government facilities such as libraries, post offices and satellite service offices.
   (S)   Hardware and related stores, such as paint, wallpaper and similar uses.
   (T)   Hotels and motels as regulated in § 154.486.
   (U)   Medical and health-related services.
   (V)   Parking lots.
   (W)   Personal services such as barber shops, beauty shops, laundromats, dry cleaners and similar uses.
   (X)   Professional and business offices such as lawyers, architects, insurance agents, realtors, travel agencies, accounting services and similar uses.
   (Y)   Publishing and printing offices.
   (Z)   Repair shops such as shoe and watch repair.
   (AA)   Restaurants.
   (BB)   Temporary uses as regulated in § 154.460.
