(A) Thoroughfare access. Direct access to a major arterial or to a collector street shall be provided and local residential streets shall not be used as the principal access route for such uses.
(B) Consistency with surroundings. The building orientation and parking layout should be consistent with the surrounding uses.
(C) Required buffer. A Type A or Type B buffer yard shall be provided at the side and rear boundaries of the site.
(D) Lighting. The parking area and general site lighting shall be designed and installed to avoid casting direct light or glare onto surrounding properties.
