(A) Required queue area. A linear queue shall be provided for every service window. These spaces shall not block or otherwise interfere with the site circulation patterns as shown on the required site plan. Minimum requirements for each queue shall conform to the following table.

(B) Traffic and pedestrian circulation. The circulation system shall provide smooth, continuous traffic flow with efficient, non-conflicting movement throughout the site. Major pedestrian movements shall not conflict with major vehicular circulation movements.
(C) Thoroughfare access. Direct access to a major arterial shall be provided.
(D) Required buffer. A Type A or Type B buffer shall be required at the side and rear boundaries of the site, depending on the intensity of use.
(E) Curb cuts. Not more than two curb cuts per 75 feet of street frontage shall be allowed, and in no case shall a use have more than four curb cuts.
