The conversion of any residential dwelling into an office or retail use within the B-3 Central Business District shall be in accordance with the following requirements.
(A) All of the development standards of the B-3 Central Business District shall be required.
(B) The lot area shall be adequate to accommodate the required off-street parking standards for new comparable structures within the B-3 Central Business District.
(C) Prior to approval, the Village Planning Commission shall determine that such conversion meets the requirements of the Village of West Alexandria Building Code.
