§ 154.486 AUTO SALES, HOTELS AND MOTELS, AND PARKING GARAGES.
   (A)   Scale. The general scale and mass of such uses shall not exceed the general scale and mass of surrounding uses.
   (B)   Curb cuts. Not more than two curb cuts per 75 feet of street frontage shall be allowed, and in no case shall one use have more than four curb cuts.
   (C)   Traffic impact study required. The application for a conditional use permit shall include a traffic impact study that demonstrates that the surrounding street system has the capacity to handle the expected traffic generated by such use.
   (D)   Central Business District. Twenty-five percent of the required parking spaces in the B-3 Central Business District shall be provided.
