5-3-5: OFF STREET PARKING:
   (A)   Each dwelling shall have a driveway or parking space for not less than two (2) motor vehicles with an approach from the street or alley.
   (B)   All other parking shall be as required by chapter 10 of this title. (Ord. 431, 10-24-2002)
