5-1-8: INTERPRETATIONS, ADJUSTMENTS AND VARIANCES:

(A) Interpretations: The City Council have the power and authority to interpret the provisions of this Title in its application to any specific case or situation and the Commission shall interpret the intent of any provision in its application and said interpretation shall be followed in applying the provisions of this Title.
