4-2-2: SIZE AND VISIBILITY OF NUMBERS:
Such numbers shall be placed upon the building in such a manner and of sufficient size as to be plainly and clearly visible from the street or avenue facing such structure. (Ord. 311, 6-12-1980, eff. 6-1-1981)
