No beer shall be sold, traded, bartered or disposed of in the city, save and except within the fire limits of the city, or sold, traded, bartered or disposed of within three hundred feet (300') of any public school grounds or church in the city, except with the approval of the governing body of the municipality after any public school or church located within three hundred feet (300') of such location is provided written notice and an opportunity to comment; provided that this limitation shall not apply to any duly licensed premises that at the time of licensing did not come within the restricted area but subsequent to licensing came therein.
The days and hours for the sale of beer shall be the same as those set by the commission of Gooding County, state of Idaho. (Ord. 116, 6-14-1935; amd. 1977 Code; Ord. 495-A, 12-4-2008; Ord. 539-2021, 7-6-2021)
