Every retailer desiring to obtain a license for the sale, barter, trade or distribution of beer shall make a written application therefor to the city council, which said application shall contain the following information:
(A) Name and residence of applicant.
(B) Legal description of room or building in which said business shall be conducted.
(C) That applicant is a citizen of the United States and has been a bona fide resident of the state of Idaho for a period of one year prior to the date of making application. (Ord. 116, 6-14-1935)
(D) That applicant is of good moral character and is over the age of nineteen (19) years. (Ord. 116, 6-14-1935; amd. 1977 Code)
(E) That applicant has not been convicted of any felony or of the violation of any law regulating, governing or prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages or intoxicating liquor. (Ord. 116, 6-14-1935)
