3-3-2: DEFINITIONS:
The following terms as used in this chapter are hereby defined as follows:
BEER: Any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion or decoction of barley, malt and/or other ingredients in drinkable water.
RETAILER: Any person engaged in the sale or distribution of beer to the consumer. (Ord. 116, 6-14-1935; amd. 1977 Code)
