Any violation of the provisions of this chapter or a failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute an infraction and be subject to the violation and penalty criteria set-forth below:
(A) 1st Offense: A first offense shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00)
(B) 2nd Offense: A second offense shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(C) 3rd and Subsequent Offenses: All third and subsequent offenses within one year of the first offense will be punishable by a misdemeanor. (Ord. 550-2023, 5-4-2023)
