No building shall be erected, moved or structurally altered unless a building permit has been approved issued, and signed by an authorized representative if the City of Wendell and the building inspector. All permits shall be in conformance with the provisions of this ordinance and shall be valid for a period of time not exceeding one year from the date of issue. (Ord. 534-2018, 2-15-2018; amd.
