(A) All parking infractions issued under this chapter shall be a ninety dollar ($90.00) fee or assessment.
(B) In the event an infraction ticket is not paid within fifteen (15) business days, an additional five dollars ($5.00) shall be added per day to the penalty.
(C) The failure of any owner or operator to make such payment to the City of Wendell within thirty (30) days shall give rise to a civil cause of action against the owner or operator for the amount of the penalty plus late fees, filing fees and attorney fees. (Ord. 504-2019, 9-5-2019)
