11-2-3: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE PARKING TICKETS:

The City of Wendell, Idaho, through its designated police or contract sheriff's department, has the authority to issue infraction parking tickets to persons violating the provisions of this chapter. Said tickets shall be administrative and payable through the Wendell City Clerk's Office. (Ord. 504-2019, 9-5-2019)
