Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code; provided, that upon conviction of driving a vehicle while the driver is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, the court shall demand the delivery of the driver's license as provided in section 49-561, Idaho Code; and provided further, that upon conviction of reckless driving or negligent driving, the court shall demand delivery of the driver's license as provided in sections 49-562 and 49-562A, Idaho Code.
