It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or use a bicycle, motorcycle, motor scooter or automobile or other vehicle or apparatus upon any of the sidewalks of the city; and provided further, that any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor scooter or bicycle or apparatus that is operated, driven or ridden through the streets of the city during the nighttime shall be equipped with sufficient light to give warning of its presence and approach.
