11-1-25: RECKLESS, INATTENTIVE DRIVING:
   (A)   Reckless Driving: Any person who drives any vehicle upon a street or alley of the city carelessly and heedlessly, or without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property, or who passes when there is a line in his lane indicating a sight distance restriction, shall be guilty of reckless driving.
   (B)   Inattentive Driving: Any person who drives a vehicle upon any street or alley of the city, in a careless or inattentive manner, or in disregard of the safety of persons or property, shall be guilty of inattentive driving. (1977 Code)
