11-1-18: CAUSING INJURY TO PAVEMENT:
   (A)   Injurious Materials On Thoroughfares:
      1.   No person shall throw or deposit upon any street or roadway any glass bottle, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such street or roadway.
      2.   Any person who drops, or permits to be dropped or thrown upon any street in the city any trash, refuse, rubbish or any substance, object or objects of any destructive or injurious material shall immediately remove the same or cause it to be removed.
      3.   Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from any street or roadway shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the highway from such vehicle. (Ord. 217, 7-24-1969)
   (B)   Hauling Heavy Objects: It shall be unlawful for any person to drag, transport or haul any buildings or similar heavy objects which are not on wheels over, across or through the streets or alleys of the city.
   (C)   Lug Wheels Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or move over the streets of the city any vehicle having on the periphery of any of the road wheels any lug, flange, cleat, ridge, bolt or any projection of metal or wood which projects radially beyond the tread or traffic surface of such wheel, unless the streets are amply protected by such operator, or such wheels are equipped with caterpillar treads or similar devices to protect the street surface.
