11-1-12: DRIVERS QUALIFIED UNDER STATE LAWS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle in the city who is not duly qualified and a holder of a driver's or chauffeur's license under the laws of the state. (Ord. 217, 7-24-1969)
