2-2-7: FUND, ACCOUNTS:
The city clerk and city treasurer shall keep an account, to be designated as the "park account", which account shall keep and show a proper account and record of all property and money received, held or disbursed in the said fund; provided, however, that the mayor and city council may from time to time appoint a deputy clerk for the limited purpose of maintaining records and accounts pertaining to the "park account", but that such deputy clerk shall not be authorized to issue or execute warrants, or in any manner handle or control any of the monies, property or funds of said account.
