(A) Authority To Accept: The board of park commissioners shall have authority on behalf of and in the name of the city, to accept gifts or donations of property, both real and personal, grants of money from the federal government, state of Idaho or monies from whatever source, and services useful to the planning, construction and maintenance of the park system.
(B) Separate Fund: Monies received from grants, gifts or donations given for purchase of lands and equipment for development of parks shall be kept in a fund, separate from other city funds, and may be expended by the park board upon prior approval of the city council. (Ord. 235, 7-23-1971)
