It shall be unlawful for any person to throw stones, play ball, marbles, tops or other games on the streets or sidewalks of the city, whereby such streets or sidewalks may be obstructed either to the inconvenience or endangerment of travelers along such streets or sidewalks or the endangerment of property adjacent thereto.
