(A) Profanity: It shall be unlawful for any person to abuse another by using insulting, slanderous or profane language within the limits of the city.
(B) Nudity, Indecent Exposure: It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the city to appear in any public place, street, alley or park in a state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress, or to make any indecent exposures of his or her person, or exhibit or perform any indecent, immoral or lewd action, or be guilty of any lewd or lascivious conduct.
