It shall be unlawful for any person to fraudulently enter any theater, ballroom, lecture, concert or other place where admission fees are charged without having first paid said admission fees or with intent to deprive the owner or proprietor thereof of such fees. (Ord. 9, 2-4-1910; amd. 1977 Code)
