(A) It shall be unlawful for any person not a peace officer in the discharge of his duties to discharge any gun, revolver or pistol within the limits of the city, except in the necessary defense of person or property.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, in any manner, to use devices or weapons commonly known as air guns, slingshots or flippers on the streets or the sidewalks of the city. (Ord. 9, 2-4-1910)
