2-2-1: BOARD CREATED; MEMBERS:

There is hereby established and created a board to be known as the board of park commissioners. The board shall consist of seven (7) members, who shall be appointed by the mayor, with the consent of the city council, from residents of the county of Gooding and one member of the city council who shall be an ex officio member of the board. (Ord. 235, 7-23-1971)
