9-1-11: INTERFERENCE WITH APPARATUS AT FIRE:
It shall be unlawful for any person other than the members of the fire department or police officers, without permission of the fire chief or acting fire chief, to knowingly or wilfully handle, stand upon or otherwise interfere with any fire apparatus while the same is being used to extinguish any fire in the city, or to approach nearer than five hundred feet (500') to the building on fire.
