9-1-10: ENTERING LIMITS NEAR FIRE:
Whenever a fire shall occur in the city, the fire chief or acting fire chief is hereby empowered, during the continuance of such fire, to prescribe the limits within which it shall be unlawful for any persons to come, excepting members of the fire department, the owners of the premises included in such limits, and such other persons as may be specially admitted by the fire chief or the acting fire chief. And it shall be unlawful for any persons other than those above specified to enter within such limits at any time during the progress of a fire. (Ord. 120, 3-1937)
