Recreational vehicles shall not be used for dwelling, living, sleeping, or business purposes within the city outside an approved RV park and it shall be unlawful, within the corporate limits of the city, for any person to park or allow to be parked any camper vehicle on any premises owned by any person, whether that vehicle is occupied or unoccupied, except as provided in this chapter.
