In the event any person fails, neglects or refuses to pay said three (3) service charges or any one thereof, so billed as a unit, within thirty (30) days of the mailing of such bills by the city, then the city may shut off and discontinue service to such person for water, sewer and garbage collection, or any one thereof. In that event such service shall remain disconnected and shut off until such service charges are paid in full. (Ord. 197, 12-21-1962)
