7-2-3: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:

Any person desiring to discharge any water, liquid or other waste into the gravity wastewater system of the city shall make application for permission so to do to the city clerk, and no such permit shall issue except upon the approval thereof by the mayor and city council. (Ord. 259, 3-28-1974)
