7-2-2: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR DISCHARGE:

No person shall hereafter permit, allow or suffer any water, liquids of any nature or other waste to be discharged into any portion of the open gravity wastewater system of the city, as now or hereafter constructed, without having first obtained a permit from the city for such discharge. (Ord. 259, 3-28-1974)
