6-2-5: CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT:
   (A)   Submission: Twelve (12) copies of the preliminary plat and supplemental material specified shall be submitted to the planning and zoning commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting for consideration.
   (B)   Conditional Approval: Following review of the preliminary plat and supplemental material, as submitted or modified, the planning and zoning commission shall express any approval of the plat as conditional approval and state the conditions, and shall submit the same to the city council for conditional approval.
   (C)   Notice Of Approval: The action of the planning and zoning commission shall be noted on two (2) copies of the preliminary plat. One copy shall be returned to the subdivider and the other retained by the planning and zoning commission and the city council.
   (D)   Limitation Of Approval: Conditional approval of a preliminary plat shall not constitute approval of the final plat for record. Rather, it shall be a guide to the preparation of the final plat which will be submitted for approval of the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 266, 4-10-1975)
