(A) All fees charged by the City shall be adopted by resolution rather than by ordinance.
(B) A fee schedule shall be maintained at the Office of the City Clerk and shall be available for inspection by the public, or for copying for a fee to be determined by resolution as set by the City Council.
(C) In the event a fee is not provided by resolution, but is provided by ordinance, the ordinance fee will still be applicable. In the event a fee is set by both ordinance and resolution, the latest adopted fee shall apply. (Ord. 375, 5-11-1995)
