1323.01  ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   The City is divided into the following zoning districts:
      R-1   Single Family Residential.
      R-1A   Townhouses.
      R-2   Multi-Family Residential.
      R-3   High Density Residential.
      C-1   Highway Commercial.
      C-2   General Commercial.
      C-3   Restricted Commercial.
      M-1   Industrial.
      REC   Recreational.
      INST   Institutional.

1323.02  ZONING MAP.
   The location and boundaries of these districts are established as shown on the Zoning Map of the City.  The Zoning Map is hereby made a part of this Zoning Ordinance, together with all future notations, references and amendments.

1323.03  INTERPRETATION OF BOUNDARIES.
   If uncertainty exists as to the boundary of any district shown on the Zoning Map, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall determine the location of such boundary.  (5-16-67)
