For purposes of this chapter, the following acronyms shall have the meanings designated by this section:
(1) “BMR” means baseline monitoring report.
(2) “BOD” means biochemical oxygen demand.
(3) “CFR” means Code of Federal Regulations.
(4) “EPA” means Environmental Protection Agency.
(5) “FOG” means fats, oil or grease.
(6) “l” means liter.
(7) “mg” means milligrams.
(8) “mg/l” means milligrams per liter.
(9) “NPDES” means National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
(10) “POTW” means publicly owned treatment works.
(11) “RCRA” means Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq.
(12) “SIC” means standard industrial classification.
(13) “SWDA” means Solid Waste Disposal Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq.
(14) “TSS” means total suspended solids.
(15) “USC” means United States Code.
