§ 34.01 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM FUND.
   The Mayor shall have the authority to create funds for the purpose of promoting economic development and tourism in the city; the Common Council shall have the authority to appropriate sums from time to time as it deems fair and reasonable to carry out the intent of this section which is to create and further economic development and tourism in the city.
