§ 34.08 PARK NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   The monies deposited from the fees or rentals of shelter houses, recreational vehicle parking spaces, concession stand(s) or any usage of facilities and grounds be placed in the Park Non-Reverting Fund.
   (B)   Any expenditure from the Park Non-Reverting Fund shall be approved by the City Council consistent with the Purchasing Ordinance in place at the time of the purchase.
   (C)   The Park Non-Reverting Fund shall remain in existence until terminated by subsequent ordinance at which time funds not required for the maintenance of Union City Parks shall revert to the General Fund.

§ 34.09 PARK NON-REVERTING DONATIONS FUND.
   (A)   The monies deposited from donations and bequests shall be placed into the Park and Recreation Donations Non-Reverting Fund.
   (B)   Any expenditure from the Park and Recreation Donations Non-Reverting Fund must be approved by the Union City Park and Recreation Board of Trustees consistent with the Purchasing Ordinance in place at the time of the purchase.
   (C)   The Park and Recreation Donations Non-Reverting Fund shall remain in existence until terminated by subsequent ordinance at which time funds not required for the maintenance and construction of buildings, the maintenance of grounds and equipment expenditures for Union City Parks shall revert to the General Fund.

§ 34.10 CEMETERY NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   Monies donated to the city for the benefit of the cemetery, along with $100 from the proceeds of sale of every burial space and $100 from every payment made for opening and closing of a grave in excess of $250, shall be placed in the non-reverting fund.
   (B)   Any expenditure in excess of $1,000 from the non-reverting fund shall be approved by the City Council.
   (C)   This Cemetery Non-Reverting Fund shall remain in existence until terminated by subsequent ordinance at which time funds not required for the acquisition of land and capital expenditures shall revert to the General Fund.

§ 34.11 RIVERBOAT WAGERING TAX REVENUE SHARING FUND.
   There shall be established a Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund into which funds received from Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue shall be receipted. These monies shall be used to carry out any governmental purpose deemed appropriate by the fiscal body of the city.

§ 34.12 RAINY DAY FUND.
   A Rainy Day Fund is hereby established subject to the following:
   (A)   Unencumbered balances of monies, raised by a general or special tax levy on property, remaining in the General Fund in the last 10 days of any calendar year may be transferred by the Clerk-Treasurer to the Rainy Day Fund.
   (B)   Monies deposited in the Rainy Day Fund shall be used as approved and appropriated by the City of Union City. Before making an appropriation from the Fund, the City Council shall make a finding that the proposed use of the monies to be appropriated is consistent with the intent of the Fund.
   (C)   Monies from the Rainy Day Fund shall be disbursed by the Clerk-Treasurer upon approval by the City Council of a proper claim for disbursement.
   (D)   Monies in the Rainy Day Fund shall not revert to other funds, unless the Fund is terminated.
   (E)   If the Rainy Day Fund is terminated, any monies in this Fund shall be transferred to the General Fund, unless specifically designated otherwise by the Council.
