(A) The Common Council ordains that the Union City Clerk- Treasurer be and is authorized to provide, dedicate and create a new non-reverting account for the city known as the Vision Corner Fund.
(B) Any funds collected may be used for improvement and maintenance of the Vision Corner Project facility, student program support, incubator business support and any other purpose related to the project as approved by the Common Council.
