§ 34.06 REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FUND.
   The Common Council ordains that the City Clerk-Treasurer shall create a “Housing Rehabilitation” non-reverting fund to accept funds and make payments for the Redevelopment Commission construction expenses.
