| 1 | Editor's Note - Ord. No. O-90-12, Pt. 1 (Exh. A., Pt. 1) , adopted 4-17-90, amended this Code by deleting the former gas franchise, an ordinance enacted 4-1-66, included as Art. I of Appendix C to this Code. Part 1 (Exh. A, Pt. 2) of Ord. No. O-90-12 enacted similar new provisions as Art. IV., Divs. A-D, Secs. 15-130 - 15-179 of this chapter. The major divisions of the ordinance designated as "A" thorugh "D" were redesignated by the editor as Divs 1-4 to maintain the style of codification. |
